Procede à segunda alteração da Lei n.º 31/2009, de 3 de julho, que aprova o regime jurídico que estabelece a qualificação profissional exigível aos técnicos responsáveis pela elaboração e subscrição de projetos, pela fiscalização de obra e pela direção de obra, que não esteja sujeita a legislação especial, e os deveres que lhes são aplicáveis, e à primeira alteração à Lei n.º 41/2015, de 3 de junho, que estabelece o regime jurídico aplicável ao exercício da atividade da construção.
The Ordem dos Engenheiros – Região Norte (OERN) is launching a special training offer aimed at foreign members, with the goal of supporting their professional integration and facilitating access to the Portuguese labor market.
These training programs were designed to address the specific challenges faced by foreign engineers when starting their professional activity in Portugal, particularly with regard to the legal and regulatory framework and the professional practices in force.
